Join us for a 2-day clinic for athletes to focus on the mental side of their game!

Many athletes train hard to improve their strength, speed, and skills—but still struggle when it comes to the mental side of their game. Challenges like perfectionism, fear of failure, performance anxiety, or difficulty bouncing back from mistakes can interfere with confidence and hold them back.
This clinic is here to help! Facilitators and former athletes Meghan Reilly, NCC, LPC, and Mike Motyka, MA, will help participants develop the mental tools needed to compete with confidence, manage in-game emotions, and stay focused under pressure. Through hands-on activities and guided psychoeducation, participants will explore how to create a strong sense of identity, handle high expectations, and turn negative thoughts into growth opportunities.
Whether it’s learning to build a resilient athlete mindset, understanding how confidence lives in both the body and mind, or practicing mindfulness to stay grounded in the moment—this clinic will help athletes build the mental resilience they need to perform at their best, on and off the field.
Clinic Objectives:
👉 Build practical skills to cope with negative thoughts, navigate difficult emotions, and build a resilient mindset.Â
👉 Explore strategies to handle expectations and pressure—both in and outside of sports—while prioritizing meaningful self-care.Â
