Self-care is an essential part of strong mental health - and this camp is here to support your tween in making self-care and wellness a priority this summer and beyond! Join us August 1st & August 8th for 2 days of mindfulness projects, therapeutic crafts & movement designed to empower tweens to care for themselves from the inside out.

Facilitators Emily Plesnicar, LCPC & Stephanie Bersh, E-RYT will focus on teaching campers how to stay steady in stressful moments, manage big emotions with healthy coping tools, and let go of the pressure to control things outside of their influence—like other people’s opinions or reactions. Our goal is for this camp to be a space for your tween to connect with others while building a toolbox of self-care skills and practices.

Through this camp, participants will:

💛The Power of “Let Them” – Learn to let go of what we can’t control (like other people’s thoughts, feelings, and choices) and find peace in focusing on what we can do.

💛Build Inner Strength – Practice how to stay calm and confident when things around us feel stressful or overwhelming.
