Join us for a 2-day clinic. Build Confidence. Stay Focused. Thrive Under Pressure.

Many high-achieving students push themselves to excel in academics, arts, sports, leadership, and more—but still find the mental side of performance to be the most challenging. Perfectionism, fear of failure, performance anxiety, and difficulty bouncing back from mistakes can take a toll on confidence and joy, even in areas they love.
This clinic is designed to support high-performing teens in building the mental skills they need to succeed—while protecting their well-being. Facilitators Meghan Reilly, NCC, LPC, and Mike Motyka, MA, LPC, will guide participants through interactive activities and reflective learning to help them strengthen focus, regulate emotions, and develop a resilient mindset across all areas of life.
Whether you're teen is aiming for top grades, perfect performances, or leadership success, this clinic will provide practical tools to help them manage pressure, overcome negative thinking, and stay connected to who they are beyond their achievements.

Mike Motyka, MA, LPC
Q: What makes it so important for high performing students- whether in athletics, academics, arts, or leadership- to prioritize their mental health?
A: My perspective is that it's not a matter of if, it's when. Life is going to continue to happen no matter what, so when life stressors meet stressors from performance, we need to be prepped to manage our mental health and overall well-being.
Q: What makes this summer clinic different from other performance-based programs for teens?
A: This summer clinic is different than other performance-based programs because we are offering a unique experience that combines both mental health and performance. By looking at mental health and wellness and it's effect on performance, we can take an integrative approach to reaching your full potential.
Q: As a facilitator what are you most looking forward to with the clinic?
A: I am looking forward to seeing each individual dive into their experience on a deeper level and apply the skills they learn from this workshop.
Q: What is one message you hope every high performing student walks away with after attending this clinic?
A: That mental health is a large factor in how perform and with the right skillsets and systems in place we are able to succeed in our daily lives.
