Join us for a two-part, 30-minute digital course to learn communication strategies that build trust, connection and safety with your teen as they navigate the online world
Parenting teens in a digital world can feel intimidating, especially when you’re trying to keep up with new apps, protect their privacy, and maintain trust, all while hoping they’ll actually talk to you about what’s happening online. This digital course was designed by therapist Keeva Williams, LSW, for parents who want to collaborate with their teens to build safer, healthier online habits.Â
Inside this course you will learn how to create open, judgment-free conversations that help your teen feel comfortable sharing their online experiences, even the tough ones. We provide simple guidance that meets you where you are regardless of how tech savvy (or not) you are to help you understand the experience of your teen as they navigate various online platforms. We give you tools to work together on clear, collaborative boundaries from screen time expectations to family digital agreements. By the end, you’ll feel confident supporting your teen in making safe, informed decisions and building the kind of digital resilience that lasts long after the course is over.
Our goal is for this course is to empower parents to protect and communicate effectively with your teen about online dangers and unhealthy coping skills.Â
