From the cafeteria to the playground to group projects in the classroom, navigating classmates can feel like a nerve-wracking obstacle course. If your child is feeling uncertainty or anxiety around peers at school, this is the group for them! Â
Facilitated by Simply Bee therapist Jocelyn Machain, LSW, this 4-week group will be a place for kids to gain awareness, build self-esteem, connect with others, and learn skills to feel more confident in their social relationships. Group sessions will involve fun relationship building activities and games, mental health education and discussion.
