The holiday season can be challenging for many. The hustle and bustle can make it difficult to stay present, the pressures and opinions from society & well-intentioned loved ones can feel overwhelming—not to mention the expectations for the new year ahead. As a result, it's common for tweens' moods to change as fast as the snow predictions!

In this 2-part workshop, facilitated by therapist Emily Plesnicar, LPC & yoga instructor Stephanie Bersh, E-RYT, middle schoolers will learn how to set healthy boundaries and SMART goals. Additionally, they'll walk away with strategies for reducing stress in the mind and body during this season and beyond! Emily & Stephanie will use creative discussion topics paired with crafts—such as vision boards, visual creative boundary circles, and empowerment beads—to help tweens simply bee-come their best selves!

Through this workshop series, your middle schooler will:

❄️ Learn how to set healthy boundaries in relationships with family, friends & themselves

❄️ Focus on & practice effective goal-setting in preparation for a new year ahead

❄️ Develop mindfulness & self-care strategies to maintain a healthy sense of balance and positivity to reach their full potential
