An Art Therapy Open Studio Workshop

Are you feeling disconnected—from yourself, your creativity, or the people around you? Do you crave a space where you can reconnect, express freely, and build compassion for yourself in the company of others who get it? Then join us for a two-hour immersive art therapy workshop designed to foster creativity, self-awareness, and community!
Through this workshop, participants will:

🤝 Engage in meaningful creative expression with both self and peers
❤️ Build skills that strengthen self-compassion and quiet your inner critic
Led by art therapist Megan Fosco, LPC, ATR-P, this workshop will be a space to learn, express and connect through psychoeducation, open studio art, response art and discussion. Whether you’re seeking to restore a sense of self, build self-compassion, or simply make space for artful connection, this workshop offers a supportive environment to do just that. No art experience needed - come as you are!

Meet The Facilitator

Megan Fosco, LPC, ATR-P
Megan graduated from Mount Mary University in Wisconsin, receiving a master's degree in art therapy. She has a passion for working alongside adolescents and adults. Since 2019 she has experience working with individuals with disabilities, autism, veterans, trauma, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. Her approach is person-centered and collaborative through creative problem-solving, mindfulness, and a variety of expressive outlets. She values developing relationships with individuals by creating a safe space that is both empathetic and evolving.
