2024 Recap: We had so much fun last year - check out this video to learn about what this event is all about!

Moving From Awareness To Action

The worldwide Mental Health Action Day Movement, powered by MTV Entertainment, began in 2021. Since then, a coalition of more than 2,500 nonprofits, brands, government agencies, and influential leaders from 32 countries have come together each May to shift our mental health culture from awareness to action! Simply Bee is proud to be a part of this group of organizations spreading the message that, just like our physical health, we can take actions to improve our mental health, too.

This year's Mental Health Action Day is focused on empowering people to check in with someone who needs it. In alignment with this theme, we're thrilled to host our 5th annual community walk - a perfect opportunity to gather and check in with our community!
