Eating disorders are among the most complex and high-risk conditions clinicians encounter — yet many therapists receive minimal formal training in how to confidently assess and respond to them.
This practical, skills-based training equips clinicians to:
- Recognize early warning signs and subclinical disordered eating
- Accurately assess and apply diagnostic criteria
- Determine appropriate levels of care
- Collaborate effectively with registered dietitians and multidisciplinary teams
- Reduce avoidance and clinical uncertainty when working with eating disorder presentations
Participants will leave feeling more confident initiating early intervention, making appropriate referrals when needed, and strengthening their clinical competence in eating disorder treatment.
